This months theme in our Aistear is the Post Office. We went on a trip to see the closest post box to out school. Our Green Schools Travel officer Ellen gave all the boys in Ms.Kiely's class a workshop on how to scoot safely. We went to the library where Seosamh told us some great stories. Nenagh library invited our junior infants to a storytelling session with Seosamh.  The boys in Junior Infants have been learning about The Vet and last week we had 2 very special guests to our school. Vet Caroline from @acountrypracticevetclinic & Tess the dog came to meet our Junior Infants & Caroline told us all about her job as a vet. She was very impressed with all our knowledge of animals & she admired our lovely role play corner. The boys have been having so much fun learning about animals, new life in spring and how to care for animals. Thank you Caroline & Tess Junior Infants learned all about animals and the vet this month. They learned so much from Vet Caroline and brought this knowledge to their play during Aistear. They loved this theme and learning about new life in spring. |
