Ms Madden's class were very busy during their last month of Junior Infants. They planned lots of great activities and excursions and had some well deserved fun after working so hard all year. Here are some of the things they got up to: Playing Board Games: Opening a restaurant in the role-play area Making Playdough Visiting the playground Painting Outdoors Taking a trip to the Town Park Making Rice Krispie buns Going on a Bear Hunt And to top it all off having a Teddy's Bear picnic . We held our sports day on Tuesday. We had great fun. We had lots of different stations to go to. We had everything from water throw to a penalty shoot out to a station on water safety with Mr.O'Dwyer. We even planted seeds that we got to bring home. Well done to Oscar and family for getting out to support our Get Moving in May.  Ms Moloney’s junior infants are learning about the Post Office this month. Today Ms McNulty brought another group to find the post box on Church Rd. On route they met the local traffic warden #ourcommunity #anpost #warden   As part of our Aistear the boys are learning all about the Post Office. Ms. McNulty took the boys from Ms.Moloney's class on a walk to the post box to post some letters. Well done Sam and family for getting out and about and supporting our Get Moving in May fundraiser.  |
