Kevin won first prize in North Tipperary for his Christmas tree decoration made from recycled materials. Kevin made his penguin from a soap container and a yoghurt carton. Kevin received his prize from the Mayor Ger Darcy and Deirdre Cox ,Environmental Awareness Officer for North Tipperary. 
There was great excitement in school today when we got a phone call to say that Kevin had won first prize in the North Tipperary Christmas tree decoration competition.Kevin made a penguin using a soap container. Well done Kevin!
