MS.HORRIGAN'S FIRST CLASS SO FAR

We looked at our five senses in First Class in September,
and the boys tested their sense of taste by sampling different foods while blindfolded, e.g. pepper, malteser, cracker, biscuit, cereal etc. We also talked about our other senses - hearing, touch, smell and sight. It was lots of fun!

We made Cookies! The boys did a great job of looking at
the recipe, naming the various ingredients and making the cookies.
They tasted super yummy!

The first class is always the most exciting one. If you ask me, starting your school year with the perfect first class is important. I mean, just think about how good it is to wake up and look forward to going to your first class. As a student, I think that first classes should be the best ones. I hope that all teachers know what I am talking about here, it can really help us all grow both as students and as teachers.
